FRESH START

 well hey you guysss....

didn't think it'd be too long until i had another post up. this is just  little update.

most of summer i lacked inspiration for this here blog of mine, but luckily i have had a fresh inspiration and i'm so ready to start posting for you all again!!

i've had a lot of time to think about my blog.

i think for a while i got really caught up on the looks, I was focusing on that more than the content i posted - not cool bella - i realise after wasting time that looks aren't that important if the quality of your posts and writing and photos is good!

I am going to continue posting normally (if i can find time - we're already loaded up with tons of homework) for any new comers - i post about fashion, food, photography, travel etc. i have so much planned for you all, lots of posts to catch up on and photos to show you and things to tell you!! so so so stoked for a fresh new year of blogging!

(quick side note: any of you seen Moana? i saw it with Georgina and i'm ADDICTED!! most amazing movie!!!)

summer starts

 so on wednesday was the end of school for the year!   the end of year 8, and i'm going to be perfectly honest with you all; i am in a way, devastated. maybe not that extreme, i'm sad. This year has been awesome for me. just because I've really loved it. and this may sound weird, but i really have loved school this year. don't get me wrong i am stoked for the summer and holidays but school keeps me busy, i see my friends and i love my class and now it's over for 2016. i'm really gonna miss it. but holidays are gonna be ahmazing
holidays are gonna be pre basic, so far i've just watched movies and done some shopping with mates in melbourne and i'm stoked because IT'S NEARLY XMAS!! ahaha

away from school and onto this awesome saturday just been caught up with the one and only jas from saltwater strawberry and it was the first weekend of summerrrrrr ahye and nature was nice and it was warm and sunny...obviously we went for a swim in the chilly  -but lovely-   nice water after taking some photos. she was lovely and kind and took some AHHHMAZING photos for me. i love them a lottttt yeeeeee. this outfit is the.comfiest.ever. perfect for summer and so so comfy.

so HOLA SUMMER and AU REVOIR SCHOOL 2016 :( hope yah have a good last few weeks or days of school and IT'S NEARLY CHRISTMAS YAH GET EXCITEDDDD XX

hola again

well hey you guys, its been sooooo long ahye? it's kinda sad but i needed to take some time to get back into the school headspace. and i have also been feeling a bit all over the place at the moment, no creativity, no inspiration, no idea where i wanna go, but hopefully that'll all change pre soon and i'll get back in the creative vibes soon coz ahye look summer is just round le corner and i think it's fair to say that we're all pre stoked bout it!

i still need to update all yah guys with more pics from when brooke and i caught up because let me tell yah now there is   s o   m a n y   photos.

i've also had a bit of an art block which isn't always fun, actually never fun until you come back full of inspiration...hopefully next weekends surf sesh will cure me of the art block and i'll come back fresh as everr with lotsa art.

B + B

last weekend was in-freaking-sane!! i finally got to meet the amazing Brooke from utterly brooke lea blog after over a year of talking everyday on the instaG and skyping and sending the occasional letter. we had and unreal time with some sick photo taking and other stuff!

 before i tell you about our weekend you probably noticed that i changed my name on instaG. I am changing my site name because for a while i have felt like a bit of a change and that the name miss bella boo didn't suit me as much as it did last year and i wasn't happy with it and it just wasn't helping my inspiration and creativity sooooo i changed it!! Bella By The Sea! i hope you all love it as much as i do and say HOLA to this new chapter because it feels like decaaades since my last chat, ahha not reallly but yah know.

 now onto the meetup! on saturday i went to brooke's house to meet her...we could not stop laughing it was so surreal! like, we were seeing each other in person not just on a screen!! ahh it was craazeh! after all the hyperventilating and insane-ness of seeing each other we chatted for a bit and went out to take photos, GoPro shots and polaroids. (all the photos in this post are go pro shots) we came back to look at our shots then had a minor accident which involved stepping in a nest of giant (legit giant people!!) bull ants and me getting bitten by one and watching it swell up to the size of a golf ball and go all red, we got changed to go out to dinner with her family and my mum and a local play sorta thing which was so lovely (but it ran very late which got our heads muddled up with daylight savings time)

 on the sunday we went to a wetland area near brooke's house and walked along the (partially) flooded boardwalk and got our feet and saltwater sandals completely soaked...... Brooke, her sister and i came back to her house and made some delish lunch and looked through some photos then headed out for more shoots!(comin soooon ahye)  we went out to see the sunset which was kinda non existent due to rain and clouds but fun none the less! then came back and made aaaamazing pizza's

MISSING SUMMER

well hey there !
it feels like it's been ages since i last posted on here but it hasn't really....but it has been a while since i showed you guys more QLD pics!
i cannot tell you how stoked i am for summer!! it's craaaaazy ahye
as much as i love love love winter it's time to bring on the warmer weather!! i miss them salty surf sessions and beach swims and photo taking!!!  wth i could live in an enternal summer!
but winter's good too..it means i could stay warm and cozy inside watching the olympics!! hell yehh guys, yah been watching it?? idk bout you but i just love the olympics. and i think Australia did AWESOME!-ly this year! and i am stoked for the 2020 olympics to be held in the magical place of Tokyo! I always like to wonder if somebody i know will be competing in the future olympics...
recently due to the harsh winter weather i have been cooking heaps! i love baking and always say to myself "put up a recipe post for gods sake" never seems to happen does it...nah. but it will!! trust me...lotsss more food type posts to come haha for sure!!

I should stop chatting about random things now and get onto the post!! this post features even more underwater photog!! man it's unreal. i luv it lots. these photos were taken in a pool. It makes them very clear and BLUE (fave colour ahye) but i personally prefer ones taken in the saltiness of the ocean... i think it's because it adds an element of surprise not knowing if the picture you just took will be clear or not..it's lotsa fun times, which is why i'm so stoked for summer to come quicker!!  so scroll down and take a peak at the photos ocean lovers and i'll see yah next time   xx
